Emily Wimberger, Chief Economist, California Air Resources Board, Carbon Pricing mini-series three of three

Prior to joining ARB, Emily was a researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara where she analyzed the economic impact of AB 32, the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. Emily graduated with a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis, where her research focused on incentives for reducing smog-forming pollutants from in-use motor vehicles in California.
